Broken Glass Jello


  • 3 large packs jello, any flavor variety
  • 1 package lemon jello
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups pineapple juice

Dissolve each package of jello (except lemon) in 3 cups of hot water. Refrigerate. Add 2 cups of hot water to the lemon jello. Add 1 cup of sugar and dissolve. Refrigerate. Whip up 1 pint of whipping cream and mix it with the lemon jello. Refrigerate. Cube each jello and fold them into lemon whipping cream mixture. Place in a glass pedestal bowl. Keep refrigerated until serving.
