Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup karo syrup
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • popcorn kernels
  1. Air pop a big bowl of popcorn. Get rid of any un-popped kernels.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except baking soda, in a heavy saucepan.
  3. Boil on medium-low for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn and enjoy!
