Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 6 lemons juiced
  • 3 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 quarts heavy cream
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Put it into the ice cream freezer.
  2. Fill the freezer with milk. Follow the manufacture’s instructions to freeze.
