Flank Steak


  • 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons A-1 sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 large flank steaks


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 3 minutes.
  2. Stab flank steak with for.  Pour 2 cups of marinade over steak, poke steak with fork and place in fridge for 3 full days.  Reserve remaining marinade for grilling.
  3. Grill.  Brush with extra marinade.  Thinly slice at an angle.
