Balsamic Vinaigrette (South Beach)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Directions:

  1. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, thyme, salt, pepper, and basil in a screw-top jar.  cover and shake.
  2. Makes 2/3 cups.
