Oriental Cabbage Salad (South Beach)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small head green cabbage
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:

  1. Combine the cabbage, scallions, oil, and vinegar.
  2. Ross well and chill until ready to serve.
  3. Add the sesame seeds and toss again before serving.
  4. Serves 4.
