Sherbet on the Fly

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen fruit (any kind)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or Fage

Directions:

  1. Pull fruit from freezer and allow to defrost for 10 minutes.
  2. Place all fruit and yogurt in a food processor.  Pulse at first to break down fruit.  Then turn processor on and process until fruit and yogurt have become smooth.
  3. Portion into serving bowls or cups.
