Chex Candy

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup light Karo syrup
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 2 squares + 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 ½ tbs. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Boil for 2 minutes after it comes to a full boil.
  2. Then add vanilla.
  3. Pour over Chex cereal 1 box ( but I always need more.  I guess it depends on the box)
  4. Spread out on waxed paper for about an hour.
