Crock-Pot Pork Tacos

Ingredient:

  • Pork roast
  • 3 limes
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Chili powder
  • Cumin
  • Small corn tortillas
  • Guacamole
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese, grated
  • Salsa

Directions:

  1. Place pork roast in crock pot.  Season liberally on all sides.
  2. Add garlic, onion, and juice of limes on top.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 6 hours.
  4. Spread meant, and make tacos with the tortillas, guacamole, lettuce, cheese and salsa.
