Berry Ice cream (LaMyrl’s)

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages frozen berries
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • Ice
  • Rock Salt

Directions:

  1. Blend berries to a pulp.  Add 2 cups of sugar.
  2. In another bowl, combine sour cream, 2 cups of sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cream.  Add raspberries.
  3. Put whipped, cold evaporated milk into freezer can and pour in fruit and cream.  Mix into can.  Stir.   Freeze.
