Vanilla Cream Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter and sugar together in saucepan.  Never turn heat so hot that you can’t still touch the bottom of the pan.
  2. Sugar will still be grainy.  Add whipping cream and vanilla.
  3. Whip together with a spoon.
