Fruit Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 cup cool whip (can use more if desired)

Directions:

  1. Mix together sugar, pineapple juice, egg, and cornstarch in a pan.  Cook on low simmering, stirring constantly until thick.
  2. Chill.
  3. Then add cool whip.
