Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oats, old-fashioned
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup 100% Natural Adams Chunky Peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll into balls and enjoy.
  4. Store in an air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
