- 1 1/2 cups oats, old-fashioned
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup 100% Natural Adams Chunky Peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
- Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll into balls and enjoy.
- Store in an air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
