Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 granny smith apples, sliced thin
  • 1 1/4 cup Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Cinnamon/sugar mixture, 5:1

Instructions:

  1. Cut, peel and slice apples and put them in a 9×13 dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Bisquick, sugar, and egg with a fork.  Mixture will be dry and crumbly.  Put on top of apples.
  3. Drizzle with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle lots of cinnamon/sugar.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
