Chicken Croissants


  • 3 cups diced chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups celery
  • 1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Optional- green onion, raisins, drained crushed pineapple


  1. Combine chicken, celery, grapes, and almonds.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture in Croissant, lettuce and tomato.
