- 3 cups diced chicken
- 1 1/2 cups celery
- 1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- Optional- green onion, raisins, drained crushed pineapple
- Combine chicken, celery, grapes, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture in Croissant, lettuce and tomato.
